Firstly, you need to analyse your competitors,what keywords they have optimized their site for, the keywords they are ranking for on the first page. If your competitor is ranking for many keywords on the first page, and you aren’t, a lot of work needs to be done to rank your site.

1. Top pages driving traffic to your site.
2. Top keywords people are searching to land on your site.
3. The spent spent by users – an indicator of whether they are engaging with your site the way you want them to.
